These 36" laser-patterned flexible wood veneer laminates are delivered flat and folded by the customer. Simple instructions are laser-engraved onto a brushed stainless steel plate which doubles as the piece's magnetic installation hardware which can be easily hung, snapped on, and lifted off. The folding process is challenging but deterministic, much like a puzzle, slowly transforming a thin sheet into a stunning piece of three dimensional art which can be proudly installed on your wall.

In this specific design, 527 laser-scribed creases connect 273 facets arranged in a radial Mira Ori fold pattern. The art piece's construction employs a four layer flexible laminate consisting of solid wood, aluminum, paper, and a durable Kapton film backing. The single degree of freedom folding ensures the final result is always crisp and perfect. No risk of craft project vibes. The Kapton backing is specifically added to withstand folding stresses as the user works towards the the design's single outcome.
