Shipping policy

For international orders: All additional customs payments and arrangements associated with international deliveries must be managed by the customer.

For all orders: While we'll always do our best to help ensure each order's safe arrival at its final destination, Degrees of Freedom is not ultimately responsible for any additional fees, logistical arrangements, or troubleshooting incurred after the package is dropped off at the selected shipping carrier. Any orders returned to sender can be re-sent with additional shipping fees covered by the customer.

Stock orders will be processed within 5 business days of order placement. Customized orders will ship within 10 business days of order placement. Questions regarding orders should be directed to info@enjoydof.com.

Transit time varies by state and country. Contiguous US orders generally take 3-5 days for delivery, whereas international orders may take up to 10-15 days depending on country and customs.
