I had a few questions about the product and shipping and the staff were very quick to respond and friendly and informative. I got all the customisation options and even still the box arrived way before I expected it to! And the box itself looks so much better in person than in the photos. It’s a beautiful piece of design and the starfields just make it. Got the hang of opening it quite quickly and all the engraving was done perfectly. I also brought the stand which is a perfect addition to display it. I am so happy with all of it and can’t thank DoF enough. I am still waiting on the ring so I can’t speak for my partners views on it quite yet as she knows nothing! But I’m sure she is going to be happy. Thank you

I was wary after seeing the promotional videos and adverts for this, but when I received it it was everything that was shown, and more. The build of it, the customisation, and the overall quality is amazing. After watching the instructional videos, I'm finally able to open the box one-handed, which will be great for when I finally propose to my soon-to-be fiancé.
Also, a tip to potential UK buyers - you will have to cover the import cost for the box, which came to £111 for me, so please consider this when purchasing.
